How do I get these viruses out off my windows TROJ_HELODOR.GEN and BKDR_BOTCHALA.A?

They are causeing my windows to run slow,some plugins not to download into my instant messenger have tryed everthing to get them out.I have System Suite 6,All-In-One on my computer to protect against viruses but it can`t seem to remove them.
