i used to download free mp3s wherever i could get them, without caring about getting a virus. until i got one. its still on my computer, b/c i don't know how to fix it, but thats a different story.

Bittorent is a great way to get lots of music. However, on the sites, there are often pictures of porn. A great site to check out is thepiratebay.com. They have a lot of music. To get started with torrents, you first must have a torrent downloader, I would sugguest using Bittorent, the oringinal torrent client, or you can use Azereus. Just google them.

there was albumbase.com but it shut down AND DO NOT USE LIMEWIRE IT HAS SOOO MANY VIRUSES
there is no telling if you will get viruses from unless you shop at iTunes. Ask for iTunes giftcards for birthdays, Christmas, ect.
