Norton software says they can't remove these viruses from my computer...Why and How do i?

After you post the log to the site they will tell you what's wrong and how to fix it, using simple step by step instructions.

When they've cleaned your maching they will give you advise on how to keep it clean.

If this fails, then follow other people advise.
Prepping for removal:

(a) Go to control panel and click internet and network connection's.

(b) Click internet option's.

(c) Delete temp file's along with offline content when prompted, delete cookies, and clear history.
