If I installed a game (BFME2) in a computer with viruses...and then install the game into a different computer, will it get the viruses the first compute had? can viruses transfer through game CD's?

They can't no. The CD is write protected which makes it so nothing else can be written to that CD. So installing it onto a different PC won't give the new system viruses.
No; since the CDs that games come on aren't writable (meaning that your computer can't change anything on them, only read what's already there), your BFME2 CD can't be infected with anything it didn't ship with. It's safe to install the game using the CD. :)
