HELP!! how do i get rid of trojan viruses!?

i need to get rid of trojan viruses and antispy ware and a bunch of virus prevention stuff keeps popping up but when i try to download it i cant becuase it wont work so i cant download anthing but could you tell me how to get rid of it without downloading anything. thank you in advance please help!

You need to get an anti-virus program, and run an anti-virus scan - and have it delete any viruses you have on your computer.
